Food Diary: 12 May 2012

I had Grape Nuts with non-fat milk for breakfast (300 Cal). 

And Grape Nuts with non-fat milk for lunch (300 Cal). 


And then I finished the box of Grape Nuts (150 Cal).

I also had Gummy Vites (15 Cal). Total Calorie count: 765. I could say that this was unintentional, but every time I felt like eating, I thought to myself and thought, "Am I really hungry?" and most of the time the answer was no.
