Food Diary: 15 May 2012

Caprese salad, arugula, broccoli, and strawberries (210 Cal) 


Raisin Bran with skim milk ( 230 Cal)

Raisin Bran, mostly dry (200 Cal)


Plus the Gummy Vites (15 Cal).


Total Calorie intake: 655.


I mostly slept today, and after yesterday's splurge, I thought I could use a break.


Note: if you love caprese salad, try it with arugula. It adds a nice freshness and spice. It's probably one of my favorite foods.
