Food Diary: 13 May 2012

 String cheese (80 Cal), Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (60 Cal), Fuji apple (80 Cal)



 Raisin Bran with skim milk (280 Cal)

 Steel cut oatmeal with rhubarb compote (sliced rhubarb cooked with water and sugar to taste) and 2% milk (not shown) (440 Cal)

 Lean Cuisine macaroni and cheese, some sriracha sauce, pepper and mustard (290 Cal)

Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (60 Cal)

Total Calories: 1305

I added in my Gummy Vites, too. Other than that, just studying today. I'm surprised the count came out so low, steel cut oatmeal is so filling, and I love rhubarb. I should be cooking more rhubarb-based foods this week.
